Mid-Weight/Senior Designer

  • A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated Mid-Weight/Senior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will work across multiple projects, delivering strategic, innovative and visually appealing branding solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding and visual identity design.

  • Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital, and print design work. Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and strong conceptual skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Familiarity with Figma or other prototyping tools is a plus.

  • Motion Graphics/Animation: Experience with motion design and animation (After Effects) would be beneficial.

  • Digital Design: Experience in designing for digital platforms, including websites and social media.

  • Print Production Knowledge: Understanding of print processes and experience working with printers to ensure design intent is achieved in final output.

  • Typography & Layout: A strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout principles.

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality, polished work.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both clients and colleagues.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems with innovative design solutions.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who is open to feedback and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization & Design: Lead the design process from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that design work meets client briefs, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Brand Development: Develop branding solutions, including logos, visual identities, packaging, and other brand collateral that resonate with target audiences and meet strategic objectives.

  • Creative Leadership: Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback while working collaboratively on multiple projects.

  • Client Interaction: Attend client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, explain design decisions, and present creative concepts confidently.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technology to bring fresh ideas and innovations to your projects.
