We were excited to collaborate with ARVO, a forward-thinking recruitment company determined to rethink the process of finding the right candidates. The name ARVO inspired us to look at warm hues of afternoon light and informed our choice of a serene colour palette featuring blues and light salmon. Our goal was to create a brand identity that mirrors the relaxed and personable nature of the ARVO team.
ARVO's unique approach to recruitment focuses on deep investment in understanding the intricacies of their clients' needs before sourcing candidates. They prioritise quality over quantity, even if it means presenting just one (the right) CV. We designed a professional yet approachable logo using a sophisticated typeface to capture this essence. To bring out ARVO's playful side, we crafted a custom illustration style that portrays various people interacting with elements of everyday business life. These illustrations, depicting industries like accounting, law, marketing, and engineering, form a dynamic, floating recruitment ecosystem. This visual narrative conveys ARVO's meticulous attention to detail and its comprehensive control over the recruitment process.
The end result is a brand identity that is both professional and inviting, reflecting ARVO's commitment to doing recruitment differently.
